HNA Group sells 100% of gategroup, RRJ Capital to become sole shareholder

HNA Group announced (29-Mar-2019) the sale of gategroup to RRJ Capital. Upon completion of the sale, RRJ Capital will become gategroup's sole shareholder, while Temasek Holdings will remain invested in gategroup via a mandatory exchangeable bond.
