Hawaiian's mainland services 'funded primarily through cargo': MD cargo

Hawaiian Airlines MD cargo Brad Matheny stated the airline's daily Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle services "are funded primarily through cargo", adding: "We're able to run them on a slight profit margin" (The Loadstar, 11-Jun-2020). The airline operates the services with A330 instead of A321 equipment for greater cargo capacity and has removed the A330's lower deck crew rest areas to create additional cargo space.
