23 September, 2019

Hawaiian Airlines SVP revenue management & network planning Brent Overbeek, speaking at World Routes 2019 in Adelaide, stated (22-Sep-2019) the carrier had initially underestimated the demand for its 'Extra Comfort' premium product on the A330. Mr Overbeek said the carrier has since added an additional 24 'Extra Comfort' seats on the aircraft, adding it "has been fantastic". Consequently, the carrier also added the same portion of 'Extra Comfort' seats onboard its A321neo aircraft fleet.
