Hawaiian Airlines focuses on ‘specific niche’ more effectively than many of its competitors: SVP

    Hawaiian Airlines SVP of marketing Avi Mannis stated the carrier is doing “really well” in terms of revenue generation, referring to “really significant improvement” in the performance of its premium class product (AirwaysMag, 23-Feb-2018). Hawaiian’s extra comfort has also been a “really terrific performer for us in that leisure travel niche”, Mr Mannis said. He added: “We think we have a product dialled in really well for our core consumer and because we are so focused on our specific niche more effectively than many of our competitors who have broader networks”.
