Guyana's Public Infrastructure Minister David Petterson said there is a possibility for Guyana to operate its own carrier in a PPP arrangement (RJR News, 09-Jan-2020). Mr Petterson also stated that not granting Caribbean Airlines flag carrier status is a complicated matter.
