Groupe ADP to deploy anti drone systems at Paris CDG over summer 2019: Deputy CEO

    Groupe ADP deputy CEO Edward Arkwright reported the group plans to gradually deploy anti drone technology at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport during summer 2019 (Les Echoes, 26-Jan-2019). “We have been working on this project with Thales and DSNA [French Air Navigation services] since 2017″, Mr Arkwright said, adding the system will combine camera and AI technology. He noted the group aims to ensure detection measures encompass a 7km radius of Paris CDG.
