Gold Coast Airport cuts airport hotel fitout period by approximately 15%

Gold Coast Airport announced (05-Nov-2019) Condev Construction commenced installation of 168 prebuilt bathroom pods at its airport hotel, cutting fitout time by approximately 15%. Operating under the Rydges brand, the AUD50 million (USD34.5 million), 192 room development is scheduled for completion in mid-2020 and is expected to create 90 full time equivalent construction jobs and more than 60 jobs once finished.
