Frequentis supporting new ATM system deployment by Airways New Zealand

Airways New Zealand contracted (01-Nov-2017) Frequentis to develop human performance measures for adaptation within the company’s new ATM system for New Zealand. The new ATM system is a key element of Airways New Zealand’s move to transform its services. The move will see the company work as one centre from two locations, in Auckland and Christchurch from 2020. Frequentis will introduce user centric design processes to support system deployment. Frequentis director of control room consulting Theodor Zeh said introducing the processes “greatly” increases user acceptance. [more – original PR]
