French Polynesia Government seeks new regional air service and new coral route project

French Polynesia's Government stated (28-Jul-2020) President Edouard Fritch and selected government members met with Pacific Aero Consult aeronautical consultant Olivier Bole to discuss a new regional air service. The 'coral road' project will link the Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna and Fiji, representing the opportunity to improve regional integration. The objective of the regional air service project is to develop air connectivity in the region and strengthen air links between French speaking territories and other pacific island states and territories.
