French Ministry of Transport looking to open intercity rail routes to competition by 2022

France's Ministry of Transportation plans to open Nantes-Lyon and Nantes-Bordeaux intercity rail routes to competition by rail operators other than the SNCF from 2022 (deplacementspros.com, 10-Jan-2019).
