Paul McLean is the General Manager (Australia & New Zealand) for Air Canada. Prior to assuming his current position he worked with the company in a variety of positions including, Multi-National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager British Columbia. Prior to working in the airline industry, Paul worked in a variety of private and public sector roles including commercial technology sales, Manufacturing representation and marketing and managing an adventure wilderness program for adjudicated youth in Western Canada. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Entrepreneurial management

Malaysia Airlines, Regional Manager Australia, New Zealand and South West Pacific, Bennet Stephens

Bennet Stephens is Malaysia Airlines Regional Manager for Australia, New Zealand (ANZ) & South West Pacific, responsible for the carriers 50 weekly services from six ANZ destinations to Malaysia. His key focus is leading the team tasked with reinforcing Malaysia Airlines position as a premium full service network carrier within the emerging APAC region. Prior to his current position, he was the commercial route manager for Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea and North America. He has just under 30 years' experience in the aviation industry as a whole in a mix of sales and revenue management functions. Before joining Malaysia Airlines, Bennet held various senior leadership roles with KLM, Gulf Air, Omar Air and Kenya Airways.
