Flybe completes Amadeus passenger service system integration

Flybe completed its adoption of Amadeus' Altéa Suite passenger service system, allowing the carrier to offer passengers an enhanced digital experience including personalised offers, tailored pricing and mobile disruption management (Breaking Travel News, 31-May-2019). Commenting on the complexity of integrating Altéa with the carrier's back end systems, Flybe CCO Roy Kinnear said: "This has been one of the biggest IT infrastructure projects in Flybe history". As previously reported by CAPA, Flybe first adopted Altéa in Nov-2017.
