Flight Centre Group holds 25% investment in The Upside Company

Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) announced (07-Apr-2019) the company holds a 25% investment in The Upside Travel Company, being the largest individual shareholder. The parties entered a commercial deal covering cooperation on distribution initiatives to combine FCTG's corporate travel space with The Upside Travel Company's technical assets. As a consequence of the deal, The Upside Travel Company aims to improve its technology capabilities in the small and midsize corporate market.
