Flair Airlines received (30-Jan-2018) an exemption under 49 U.S.C. §40109 and amended foreign air carrier permit under 49 U.S.C. §41301 from the US Department of Transportation, allowing it to engage in the following:
- Scheduled service from behind Canada, via Canada and intermediate points, to the US and beyond;
- Charter service between Canada and the US, and between the US and any point in a third country, for the purpose of carrying local traffic between Canada and the US. [more - original PR]
