Fiji Airways general manager corporate communications Shane Hussein reported the carrier entered an agreement with Australia's Civil Aviation Authority to ferry two Boeing 737 MAX 8s to Alice Springs (FBC News, 26-Nov-2019). Mr Hussein said the aircraft were relocated to Alice Springs to avoid corrosion from wet weather and cyclone activity.
