Eurowings adjusted its airfare transfer policy to allow short notice rebooking on any Lufthansa Group airline for air services purchased with bonus mileage or other benefits (Welt, 01-Sep-2019). Previously, this was not possible due to different IT systems between airlines, with passengers having to wait until the next scheduled service.
