Etihad Airways implements mobile booking for chauffeur services in the UAE

Etihad Airways implemented (18-Jun-2018) new features enabling customers to book and manage chauffeur services in the UAE through the airline's upgraded mobile website. Customers can now book, confirm amend or cancel a chauffeur service up to 12 hours prior to departure with SMS and email confirmation. The new system was created in partnership with Vxceed Technologies.
