• Air Italy appointed Yousef Elzaro as CFO, effective 08-Nov-2019;
• Norwegian Air appointed Jacob Schram as CEO, effective 01-Jan-2020;
• Chair Airlines announced CEO Tobias Somandin and COO Urs A Pelizzoni stepped down from their respective roles. The pair were succeeded by CIO Shpend Ibrahimi as CEO and flight operations manager Tobias Hossmann as COO;
• Norwegian appointed Marty St George as interim chief commercial officer on 04-Dec-2019, following the resignation of CCO Helga Bollmann Leknes;
• Brussels Airlines appointed Dieter Vranckx as CEO, effective 01-Jan-2020;
• La Compagnie confirmed it appointed Frederic Revol as chief commercial officer (CCO), effective Nov-2019;
• Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo appointed Adriaan den Heijer as new EVP and Martinair MD, effective 01-Jan-2020;
• Comair (South Africa) announced the appointment of Wrenelle Stander as group CEO, effective 15-Dec-2019;
• Comair (South Africa) announced the resignation of non-executive director and deputy chairman Martin Daryl Moritz, effective 31-Dec-2019;
• Kenya Airways appointed Allan Kilavuka as acting CEO until a permanent CEO is appointed, effective 01-Jan-2020;
• Wizz Air appointed Jourik Hooghe as EVP and group CFO, effective 01-Feb-2020;
• Emirates Airline president Tim Clark intends to retire at the end of Jun-2020, according to a memo to staff by chairman and CEO Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum;
• Alitalia extraordinary commissioner Giuseppe Leogrande reported Giancarlo Zeni will be appointed MD of Alitalia, effective 08-Jan-2020;
• Regional Jet OÜ appointed Bartosz Motyka-Radłowski as CFO and board member.
