easyJet plans to introduce a 'speak now' feature on its mobile app, enabling customers to search for flights using voice recognition and AI technology (HMG Aerospace, 05-Sep-2019). The system is being developed by Travelport Digital and will be powered by Dialogflow, Google's AI natural language understanding and conversation tool.
