easyJet announced (27-Mar-2018) its 2018 summer schedule from Berlin Tegel Airport. Highlights include:
- easyJet will be the largest carrier operating at the airport, with more than 16 million seats available;
- 5.6 million passengers forecast for 2018, representing a 60% year-on-year increase;
- Eight new routes including Aarhus, Alghero, Bari, Edinburgh, London Gatwick, Olbia, Paris Orly and Prague;
- Expansion of 'Worldwide by easyJet' connecting services product at Tegel;
- Increased frequencies to Munich, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt to cater to demand from business travellers;
- One aircraft with Berlin themed livery unveiled;
