Eastern European long haul overshadowed by western European hubs

    CAPA – Centre for Aviation, in a report entitled: ‘Eastern/Central Europe airports: long haul connectivity opportunities’, stated (18-Oct-2018) leading long haul airports outside of Russia/CIS include Prague Václav Havel Airport and Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport with nine destinations each, however are outweighed by proximity to Vienna International Airport and other western European hubs. [more – CAPA analysis]
