Eastern Airlines requests exemption to operate New York JFK-Guayaquil Jose frequency

US Department of Transportation (DoT) received (15-Feb-2019) an application from Eastern Airlines requesting exemption to operate seven times weekly New York JFK-Guayaquil Jose frequency for a minimum of two years, effective 01-May-2019. The airline requests the frequency be granted for an indefinite basis, and also requires the exemption be designated by the US to the Government of Ecuador pursuant to the US-Ecuador Air Transport Agreement.
