Dominican Republic Junta de Aviacion Civil announced (14-Nov-2018) the Dominican Republic and Uruguay signed an air services agreement "formalising commercial aviation operations between both countries". The open skies agreement includes fifth freedom rights for passenger services and seventh freedom for freight services and allows the possibility for codeshare and charter operations.
