Deutsche Lufthansa AG administering EUR10 discount each way for NDC channel, direct bookings

Deutsche Lufthansa AG reportedly commenced invoking an EUR10 each way discount for certain short haul economy class bookings when booked through direct or NDC enabled channels (BBT, 10-Apr-2018). Deutsche Lufthansa AG senior director of sales UK, Ireland and Iceland Andreas Koester said: "This is exactly what we mean by a true API connection... that we connect the in-house systems of the agency to our direct connect and via this agency specific connection".
