Delta’s level of operational performance and reliability driving a ‘revenue premium’: CFO

    Delta Air Lines CFO Paul Jacobson stated culture is at the “core” of the airline’s foundation and where it believes it can “really make a difference” (Seeking Alpha, 05-Sep-2018). Delta served more than 18 million customers in Aug-2018 “alone”, while reporting nine of its all-time top 10 passenger days. Mr Jacobson said this level of operational performance and reliability is “driving a revenue premium”, and “the likes of which we haven’t seen in the industry, particularly domestically”.
