Delta Air Lines chief operating officer Gil West commented on the airline’s plans to launch the first biometric terminal in the US at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport from 15-Oct-2018 (Dallas News, 20-Sep-2018). He noted that “if it works in Atlanta, it’ll work anywhere”, raising the possibility of rolling out the technology to other domestic and international terminals.
