Delta CEO says US-UAE discussions provide opportunity to revisit markets 'we’ve been run out of'

Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian stated the airline is considering the launch of additional international services in the wake of discussions between the US and UAE governments on their open skies agreement (AJC/CNBC/Atlanta Business Chronicle, 14/15-May-2018). He confirmed India was one of the markets Delta was considering, noting: "We're going to have the opportunity to once again go back into parts of the world that we've been run out of".
