Delta Air Lines president Glen Hauenstein said the airline is looking to sell "the journey" in the future, as opposed to just airline tickets (Inc, 07-Apr-2019). The journey would include airport transfers and baggage delivery directly to passengers' accommodation. Mr Hauenstein said the carrier wants to provide a "curated experience from start to finish".
