Delta Air Lines introduces more modified 767-400s on services from Los Angeles, New York and Boston

Delta Air Lines announced (21-Nov-2019) more modified Boeing 767-400 aircraft are being added to international routes from Los Angeles and New York, while all frequencies on the transcontinental route between the two hub markets will now be operated with 767-300 equipment. Delta plans to operate its 767-400 fleet on services from New York JFK and Boston to London Heathrow and from New York JFK to Brussels, Nice and Zurich at first, as well as from New York JFK to Sao Paulo from spring 2020. The carrier's New York JFK-Frankfurt service will operate with the A330 from 29-Jan-2020. Additionally, the carrier commenced operating only 767-300 equipment on New York JFK-Los Angeles service in Nov-2019, instead of a mix of aircraft types. [more - original PR]
