Delta Air Lines improves app features, adds tool to file baggage claims

Delta Air Lines announced (14-Jun-2018) a new Fly Delta app feature that removes the need for passengers to visit the baggage services office to file a delayed bag claim. Passengers are now able to file such claims at their final destination through the app. The tool is available to "many" users, with all users to have access by the end of Jun-2018.
