Dallas Fort Worth CEO doesn't 'see the demand' for a non ticketed guest pass programme

18 February, 2020

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport CEO Sean Donohue stated he doesn't "see the demand" for a non ticketed guest pass programme at the airport, as both Dallas and Fort Worth already have "so many food and beverage options" and "so many retail options" (Dallas Business Journal, 17-Feb-2020). Mr Donohue added such a programme might attract "a couple hundred people a month", which isn't "really a priority" for the airport. As previously reported by CAPA, New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport are among several US airports that have launched non ticketed visitor programmes in recent months.
