CTM announces outlines key strategic initiatives under three phase growth programme

    Corporate Travel Management outlined (CTM) (20-Mar-2019) details of its three phase strategic development plan:

    • Phase one: Establishing a global network through acquisition over FY2014 to FY2017:
      • Acquire key local agencies in every region as a base for growth as well as implement CTM client value proposition for strong organic growth;
      • Leverage global presence to win regional and global client segment, in addition to existing clients;
    • Phase two: Grow each region beyond total transaction value of AUD1 billion (USD740 million) with organic growth as the primary driver in FY2018 to FY2019:
      • CTM business acumen to be used to grow the business organically regionally;
      • Built out client facing technology hubs to build technology for local regions;
    • Phase three: Emphasise potential created in phases one and two to grow further in FY2020 and FY2021;
      • Focus on in house client facing technology development and digital initiatives, with focus on maintaining high service proposition and staff engagement;
