CTA CEO: APPR support pax confidence and produce ‘level playing field’

    Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) chairman and CEO Scott Streiner issued (28-May-2019) a statement regarding the new Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), which he said will “help foster consumer confidence and a level playing field”. Mr Streiner said the APPR are a “balanced package” which will establish “clear, consistent rules for air travel” that are in “everyone’s interest”.
