Cranfield University selected by Norwegian Govt to improve passenger experience at airports

Cranfield University announced (19-Jun-2018) its Centre for Air Transport Management was awarded NOK2 million (EUR211,265) in funding from the Research Council of Norway to improve the customer experience at Norwegian airports. Research initiatives include assessing the impact of digital technologies on the passenger journey and the efficiency and effectiveness of Norwegian airport systems. The project group also includes Kristiania University College, Molde University College and Avinor, which together receive a total of NOK7 million (EUR7.7 million) in funding.
