Copa Holdings: 'We've been very successful in growing our loyalty programme'

Copa Airlines CEO Pedro Heilbron, speaking on Copa Holdings' 1Q2018 financial results call, commented (11-May-2018) on its FFP, stating: "We've been very successful in growing our loyalty programme, and monetising our members, but it's still relatively a small programme". He justified that Panama is a small country and he "never expected ConnectMiles to become a huge monster, but it's providing cash flow, otherwise we'd be going to third parties… It is there, and it will grow in the future".
