Colombia's Government maintained the 01-Sep-2020 date for reactivation of international aviation (Reportur, 01-Aug-2020). Colombia's Minister of Transport Angela Orozco stated several route pilots were requested, including Rionegro-San Andrés, Rionegro-Bucaramanga, Rionegro-Cúcuta and Cúcuta-Arauca. As previously reported by CAPA, the Government of Colombia transferred to local authorities the decision-making process for the reactivation of domestic routes under a pilot/trial route modes.
