Colombia Aerocivil granted (04-Mar-2019) an air operators permit to Regional Express Americas, a start up subsidiary of Avianca Holdings. The carrier commenced operations on 01-Mar-2019, and plans to launch the following services with ATR 72 equipment in Mar-2019:
- Bogota-Villavicencio;
- Bogota-Ibague;
