Cathay Pacific CEO Rupert Hogg said the carrier is "already in discussion" with Boeing and "others" on every aspect of the 777-9X aircraft, which Cathay is planning to roll out as part of its future long haul fleet (CNBC/Business Traveller, 14-Mar-2019). Chief customer and commercial officer Paul Loo said the carrier will receive its first 777-9X in "around Jun-2021".
