Caribbean Airlines announced (18-Nov-2019) members of the Caribbean Miles Loyalty Programme can now earn miles when shipping with Caribbean Airlines Cargo. The airline also highlighted the following cargo initiatives introduced in 2019:
- Dedicated customer service team and call centre operation;
- Real time cargo tracking;
- Refreshed freighter network adding capacity on core trade lanes, including twice weekly Curaçao service, in response to customer demand;
- Expanded network to include Anchorage, Hawaii, Utah, Oregon, Toronto and Vancouver;
