CAPA is investing heavily in the corporate travel industry

7 May, 2018

A note from CAPA - Centre for Aviation:

Our amazing journey in engaging with the corporate travel industry continues to grow from strength to strength.

Having expanded our footprint in this sector of the industry, we have successfully managed to carry the exceptional knowledge, connections and information that we collect on a daily basis through to our summits, our business and - of course - our media sites the Blue Swan Daily and CAPA TV, to build our awareness among business travel buyers. The single segment that for us is critical in ensuring a strong ROI to our valued business partners such as yourselves.

In late 2017 we launched a series of private travel buyer lunch groups with our valued hotel partners. These private events mixed in with our major events throughout Brisbane, Canberra and Wellington, and to date have resulted in more than 40 corporate travel buyer organisations being touched and engaged with the CAPA network. A phenomenal achievement.

These lunch groups, as well as our upcoming events and summits (Melbourne is scheduled for 24-May-2018, followed by Perth in July and Sydney in August) will be interlaced with our continued investment in our lunches for networking buyers. These events are generating tremendous interest, with key notes speakers such as: Virgin Australia MD & CEO John Borghetti; Sydney Airport CEO Geoff Culbert; and Helloworld CEO & MD Andrew Burnes.

Have a look at some of the important statistics that have come from our corporate events in the last year:
