Canada PM Justin Trudeau: 'US shift in posture 'gives us significant things to think about'

Canada's Chief Public Health Officer Theresa Tam stated: "With cases rapidly increasing in Canada our window to flatten the curve of the epidemic is narrowing", adding, "That situation could change very quickly" (US News, 15-Mar-2020). Prime Minister Justin Trudeau added: "The shift in posture in the US of course gives us significant things to think about". Commenting on whether Canada would shut its borders to Europe or the US, Mr Trudeau responded: "We are not taking anything off the table".
