Cairns Airport and Townsville Airport, via their official Facebook accounts, commenced (06/09-Jan-2020) offering free parking to local volunteers, firefighters, veterinarians, Australian Defence Force personnel and other emergency services travelling interstate to provide support for the bushfire crisis, until 31-Jan-2020.
