CAAC requested airlines to submit their international network plans for approval one to two months ahead of schedule (21st Century, 19-May-2020). CAAC stated restrictions on international frequency will be in place at least until Oct-2020. Airlines are not permitted to pre-sell international tickets prior to resumption.
