Budapest Airport: Overall pax satisfaction improves in 2019

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, in a recent Airport Service Quality survey, reported (22-Jan-2020) overall satisfaction increased from 3.71 in 2018 to 3.81 in 2019. Respondents expressed their appreciation of the politeness of passenger security screeners, cleanliness and general atmosphere of terminals and passengers' sense of safety all scored close to or above four out of five.
