Bucharest National Airport Company spokesperson Valentin Iordache reported the operator will install six new biometric border control points at Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport (Agerpres, 30-Jun-2019). Mr Iordache added the airport's two border control areas will be merged by mid Jul-2019 to avoid passenger congestion at a limited number of border control desks.
