Brazilian President Bolsonaro to veto return of luggage allowance: 'I'm inclined to veto'

Brazil's President Jair Bolsonaro, via his personal YouTube account, commented (30-May-2019) on the bill which was approved by the congress which opens 100% FDI in domestic carriers and the reinstalment of a free 23kg luggage allowance, stating: "How many times have you seen [advertisements], lunch for BRL15 with free fizzy drink. Does anyone actually think the fizzy drink is free?... The baggage is included in the price". Mr Bolsonaro added: "I'm inclined to veto [the article of the bill which reintroduce the baggage allowance]… At this moment I am convinced, although I could change, to veto the article".
