Brazil seeks to review air services agreement with Argentina to relieve saturated market

21 May, 2019

Brazil's Secretary of Civil Aviation Ronei Glanzmann defended a revision of the Brazil-Argentina air services agreement dating from 1948 (Jornal Estado de Minas, 19-May-2019). Frequency between the countries is limited at 133 mixed operations and seven dedicated cargo operations per week. Mr Glanzmann stated the market is saturated and cannot accommodate non-regular services, therefore it is necessary to review the limit.
