Brazil ANAC director Ricardo Fenelon, via his personal LinkedIn account, announced (10-Jan-2018) ANAC released the 3Q2018 report on passenger complaints, with 6530 complaints from a total of 26.6 million passengers handled, averaging 24 complaints per 100,000 passengers. Complaints by carrier per 100,000 passengers are as follows:
- Gol Linhas Aéreas: 16 complaints;
- Azul Linhas Aereas: 18;
- Avianca Brazil: 19;
