Boyuan Holdings plans to develop 344ha Northern Gateway City at Western Sydney Airport

Boyuan Holdings submitted its planning proposal to Penrith City Council for a 344ha 'Northern Gateway City' development at Western Sydney Airport's (WSA) Western Parkland City (Global Construction Review, 02-Nov-2018). The company stated the Northern Gateway City project will include education, health, entertainment, retail and leisure services, and create up to 55,700 direct jobs. As previously reported by CAPA, WSA's Aerotropolis development will be located within Northern Gateway City, with the NSW Government already having secured Northrop Grumman as the anchor tenant for the greenfield development. Boyuan is a subsidiary of Hong Kong based Jianyuan Investment and forms part of a consortium which includes Scentre Group.
