Boeing and Embraer reportedly agreed to a structure on a new JV company focused on commercial aviation (O Globo, 25-Feb-2018). Boeing will reportedly control 51% of the JV and Embraer 49%. The JV will reportedly be established as a new company, specalising in the production of aircraft in the 70 to 130 seat segment.
